G.E.T. HOPE has partnered with Operation Vets with Nets, a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization whose goal is to open the outdoors to active duty and retired service members, as well as veterans with various disabilities, including those bound to a wheelchair, to the world of fishing. Fishing from 8 AM- 4 PM on 11 Oct 2025, and a meal provided at the campground upon returning to the ramp.  Each Veteran (or Active Service Member) will be paired with a captain for a day of catfishing the Ohio River.   This event is 100% free to our Veterans!

G.E.T. HOPE Monthly Meetings take place on the 4th Sunday of every month, offering a space for veterans to recharge and reconnect. Each gathering features a short, inspiring talk from a fellow veteran or community leader, followed by open conversation and access to valuable local resources.
